The private pool measures 8 x 4 metres and is fully tiled and properly filtered. There is plenty of room for sunbathing and the views are magnificent. At night you can light up the pool and terraces or swim by starlight.
There are terraces both sides of the house for sunbathing and outdoor dining and the barbecue is built into the rock under a shady carob tree.
The yard thick stone walls ensure summer cool, and the wood burning stove with hot air fan in the lounge and the fire place in the dining room, ensure your winter comfort.
There is a T.V and video plus a freeview satellite system.
There is a washing machine and ironing facilities, portable fans and a hair dryer. A cot and high-chair available by request. |

The kitchen
The kitchen adjoins the dining room and features colourful Andalucian ceramics, plenty of work top and cupboard space, an integral four burner gas hob, electric oven and double sink. There is a large fridge freezer, electric kettle, coffee perculator, toaster, mixer, juicer and microwave oven, as well plates and glasses etc. for up to eight people. The washing machine is in a separate area. |
Sitting room
The lounge features a vaulted roof with exposed beams and is comfortably furnished with three sofas and two armchairs. There is a wood burning stove with hot air circulating fan, a digital T.V. with a freeview satellite system and a Blu Ray DVD player.
The studded pine door opens to the south terrace. |
Bathroom
The large bathroom is fully tiled and has a vaulted roof with exposed wooden beams. There is a bath, a walk in shower, toilet, bidet and pedestal basin. |
