Welcome to the Sunshine State and to our fabulous villa Serengeti Plains. Serengeti Plains is a four bedroom 3 bathroom luxury vacation home with private pool and jacuzzi. Situated on the lovely gated conservation community of Marbella. Within a true 15 minutes to Disney.

A spacious light and airy four bedroom villa which comfortably accomodates eight people. Serengeti Plains is fully airconditioned, and has a private screened South facing pool and raised jacuzzi.
Situated in a conservation area amongst orange groves Marbella is a quiet gated community. Marbella is set back from US Highway 27 and has excellent transport links, the nearby Interstate 4 and US192 allow easy access to all of Orlando's famous tourist destinations. Our villa is located less than 15 minutes to the Disney Parks and is close to Supermarkets, Banks, Shops and Restaurants. Also a great location to the new Posner Commons Leisure and Retail Park, where department stores such as JC Penney have recently opened. Posner has future plans for fine dining and leisure facilities such as Bowling and Cinemas. Our home is close to over twenty golf courses, the nearest being Ridgewell Lakes and Southern Dunes just five minutes away.

Serengeti Plains is modern and spacious and has been furnished by interior design specialists using many furniture upgrades. It has high ceilings, and the family room and en-suites have been fitted with additional fans. The villa get its name from the distinct animal theme throughout, and has been decorated with beautiful animal wall pictures and selected African ornaments.
Two of bedrooms are generously sized master en-suites one with views and direct access to our pool and deck area. Each en-suite has walk in closets and the bathrooms have both a shower and a bath. The third bedroom is a full size double and the fourth is twin bedded. These bedrooms are nicely decorated and share a large family bathroom.All bedrooms have televisions and DVD players, radio alarms, reading lamps and plenty of storage

The kitchen is equipped with state of the art appliances including an electric oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is a coffee maker, toaster and all crockery, cutlery and glassware are provided. The villa is also well stocked with linens and towels. Our kitchen has a breakfast nook and dining area which leads through to the family room which has comfortable seating, multi channel cable tv, a dvd player and cd player. At the front of the house is another lounge which can be used for formal dining, reading or just to get away from the tv. We have a fully equipped laundry room with top loading washing machine, dryer and ironing board ect.

Our private screen pool measures approx 25 feet and is south facing with a raised poolside spa. The pool is three feet deep at the shallow end and slopes gradually to 5 feet. The pool and jaccuzi can be heated during the winter months if required. Being south facing you will have sun throughout the day until the early evening. This makes our deck an ideal place for outdoor eating or cooling drinks. Patio furniture and loungers are provided for your comfort. Lay back and relax after a refreshing swim or enjoy our jacuzzi.
Take advantage of the tranquility of our community after hetic days at the parks. Enjoy the amazing sunsets or watch the wild birds feeding.

For our younger guests there is a childrens games room, with a 16 in 1 multi game table, some of the feautured games are fusball, airhockey and pool. There is also a basketball hoop, electronic darts and a selection of jigsaws.
Our home is clean and well cared for, we have a friendly and efficient management company who offer a Gold Star service and are on hand 24 hours a day. A full villa clean is completed both prior to the arrival and after the departure of every client. Our management company can assist with discounted Theme Park Tickets and Car Hire.
