Cool Breeze Villa is a 3 bedroom villa that is situated in a quiet residential area in Oroklini with a picturesque mountain backdrop. The area is situated along the South coast of Cyprus in the District of Larnaca. Oroklini is approximately 15 minutes drive from Larnaca International Airport, 10 minutes from Larnaca town centre and only 1.5km from the beach. Like the island itself, the people of Cyprus are warm and welcoming. Friendly hospitality is the norm and the slow, relaxed pace of life is soon embraced by those visiting the island. Clients are attracted by the secure environment, carefree lifestyle, quality villa and gaurenteed sunshine.
The key features is there's a private pool and Air-conditioning units are throughout the villa. Every modern con is catered for ranging from 42' plasma, WIFI, Satellite T.V., DVD player, DVD library, IPOD speakers, stainless steel gas hob and oven cooker, stainless steel light switches, large silver fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, integrated dishwasher, water cooling dispenser, toaster and kettle. There is a private swimming pool with night time pool light, for sunbathing there are 6 loungers all with comfortable blue mats, there is a large gas BBQ(Outback) and a large table with 8 rattan effect chairs. The bedrooms all have hand made draping curtains and black out blinds. There is also Italian designed floor to ceiling, wall to wall storage cupboards in all the bedroom.
Master bedroom features:
Super kingsize bed, 19" Samsung plasma, satelite tv, bedside cabinets, large designer eye shape mirror, 2 x touch lamps, single seat, hairdryer and en-suite with shower.
Bedroom 2 features:
Double bed, 19" Samsung plasma, satelite tv, bedside cabinets, large designer eye shape mirror, single seat.
Bedroom 3 features:
2 x single modern beds and matching bedside cabinet, single seat and balcony.
All bedrooms have modern dark cherry effect Italian fitted wardrobes, remote control air - conditioning, silver spotlights, hand made designed curtains, black out blinds, Italian fitted wall to wall and floor to ceiling wardrobes.
Pool Area consists of 8 rattan chairs, large extendable table, 6 loungers with comfortable blue mats, 2 poolside tables and a large gas BBQ.

Toilet roll in each bathroom for arrival.
The villa is fully air - conditioned and has 5 units throughout (no charge at present however excessive users may be liable for a small charge).
For added safety there is 1 smoke alarm fitted per floor.
Fire extinguisher provided upstairs and downstairs, fire blanket and first aid kit downstairs in the utility room.
Additional information about rental rates
•With this price we offer air-conditioning FREE of charge and use of the safe is also FREE (at owners risk, please arrange travel insurance). WIFI and pool maintenance is also included in the price. Rates include meet and greet team but do not include transfers. Transfers are available if requested for an extra local charge. Guests must either arrange car hire from the airport or if no hire car is wanted then use of the airport taxi's will be needed for transfers. The average cost of a taxi from the Airport to Cool Breeze Villa is 30 Euros for a 4 seater taxi.

Welcome packs can be purchased and delivered to apartments prior to clients’ arrival. The client can select from three options the pack that best meets their needs. This is an optional service.
Option A – Cost €25.
Consists - Milk, Tea, coffee, sugar, spread, bread, 1 litre of water, 1 litre fruit juice
Option B – Cost €35.
Consists - Milk, Tea, coffee, sugar, spread, bread, 1 litre of water, 1 litre fruit juice, mixed jams, biscuits, cereal.
Option C – Cost €45.
Consists - Milk, Tea, coffee, sugar, spread, bread, 2 litre of water, 1 litre fruit juice, mixed jams, biscuits, cereal, seasonal fruit, half dozen eggs, bacon / ham,
•*25% non refundable deposit required for confirmation of booking.
*Balance required 8 weeks before arrival along with seperate refundable security deposit of £250 (security deposit will be refunded within 21 days providing villa is left as you found it with no damages to villa or it's contents and receiving report from my Property Management Company confirming this).
*We endeavour to be as flexible as possible with entry/departure times. However, if we have departures and arrivals on the same day, we would expect guests to leave by 11.00 hours on the day of departure to accommodate new guests who would not obtain access until 15.00 hours.

The village is in a little village outside Larnaca but there was some lovely restaurants and bars (Tavernas) to walk too. We flew with Flyglobespan from Aberdeen (we got a pretty good price on the flights) and hired a car and drove from Paphos to the village, it was easy to find and the roads are great to drive on. The villa has a lovely pool and is very modern with everything you could want, very clean and with air conditioning which is very much needed! There are some amazing beaches within a short drive away - clear sea and white sand - absolutely perfect. We had a wonderful time at Frank's villa and will definately go back at some point." Immaculately clean and fully equipped, it is situated ideally in a quiet location but with easy access to everything you need and a short distance from all of the places you must visit on this wonderfully friendly and interesting island. the communications with the owner were excellent and we were met and assisted from the word go. The restaurants in the village were superb and even our children tried and delighted in the local dishes - the problem was deciding which to go to next! Word of warning about the horseriding - they are ex racce horses and although well managed the beasts may not be suitable for absolute beginners but excellent fun. Fantastic villa, fantastic location and fantastic people. Highly recommended and want to go again. "

"We took our 2 daughters and their friends to stay at cool Breeze villa so felt this really tested it out, it was really fabulous so homely and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is situated in a lovely little village with easy access to shops and the local supermarket being only about 15mins away by car. We have spoken with the villas owner on several occassions and he has always been very kind and helpful. We were met at the airport by Jill and Paul who look after the place and they were also great giving us lot's of help and info, and always at the end of the phone should we need them.
