Simon Court 3, Houses 1, 3 and 4
Simon Court comprises of four houses, two lower houses and two upper houses. The Court is surrounded by well maintained gardens.
Each of the three apartments on offer has a large lounge and kitchen, guest cloakroom, and upstairs 3 double bedrooms and a large bathroom. They all have balconies.
Simon Court is situated between the beach and the village of Pyla. The beach is 3 minutes drive from us down a country road and the village is 2 minutes drive. We can recommend this flat area for walking and cycling, the beach can be reached within a leisurely twenty minute walk and the village, ten minutes.
We have easy access to the main highway taking you to any part of the island.
There is ample parking and mature cummunual gardens to relax in surrounded by citrus, olive and palm trees.
