Designed for owners of rental properties (holiday homes etc.) this feature allows you to keep track of all your visitors and bookings.

Online Calendar

The online calender appears on your website automatically if you have added any bookings - this means that if you choose not to use this feature, visitors to your website will not be shown an "empty" calendar!

Any dates which are covered by a booking appear in red so visitors to your website will know that there is no availbility for those periods.

Bookings Manager

Behind the online calendar is the bookings manager which is accesible from your control panel after you have logged in to your improdiaVilla account.

When you take a booking you enter the details into the bookings manager. This records details such as the visitors name, address and contact details along with their arrival and departure dates.

Visitor Database

When you enter a booking in the bookings manager, the details of the visitor are automatically stored in a database. This means that next time you enter a booking for the same visitor, you simply select their name from the list of previous visitors and all their details are entered automatcially.
