This modern luxury villa is situated in a quite residential area, which is situated between Paphos and Coral Bay resorts. There are many restaurants and bars in the surrounding area, serving a wide range of dishes including local traditional dishes and fresh seafood.

The villa, which can comfortably accommodate 8 adults, is furnished with high quality furniture & fittings. It has remote controlled air-conditioning, heating, double-glazing, TV, DVD, video & CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven/hob, microwave & water cooler).

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a balcony. There are 3 further bedrooms (one double and two twin-bed rooms). Every room has plenty of wardrobe and storage space. A cot is available if required.

There is a terrace with patio furniture and gas BBQ. The pool area has plenty of loungers, cushions and parasols for your comfort. The pool is maintained weekly.
