Fire extinguisher provided upstairs and a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit downstairs in the utility room.

-10% off last minute bookings from up to 4 weeks before departure (full balance to be paid on booking .
-Deposit of 20% required for confirmation of booking (non-refunable if cancelled less than 8 weeks before arrival).
-Balance required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
-Lettings from 16.00 hours on arrival.
