Villa Conchita is a well equipped, comfortably furnished self-catering detached Spanish Villa with a Private Pool in Southern Costa Blanca, Spain. Situated in a quite residential area of benimar, in between the towns of Rojales and Benijofar.
Villa is situated in a nice quite area of banimar and has access to some great Bars and Restaurants. Their are shops and supermarket within walking distance. The nearest beach is Guardamar and is 10mins drive away. A car is necessary but their are cabs and bus services from the nearest town of Rojales. We can arrange for pick up and drop off to the Airport. The nearest Airport are either Alicante or Mercia. The Villa has 2 bedrooms with ciling fans and a big lounge with a Sofa bed so will accommodate 6 people comfortably. The Villa is alarmed and has British TV and Sky. The outside is tiled and has a 8mtr by 4mtr Private Pool.
There is pleanty of Sun Traps to enjoy the Winter Sun.
There are plenty of Golf Courses nearby.
This villa will suit families and golfers alike. No Wheel Chair Access Sorry.
